1. What is the difference between Trial version and Full version?

In Trial version, Call Filter can block 10 incoming calls.After that, it will not work any more. Full version doesn't have this limitation.
 
2. How to activate the full version of Call Filter after purchase?

3. Do I need to set any permissions on device for Call Filter to work properly?

4. An invalid digital signatures error was occured during installation
 
On some corporate BlackBerry devices, the IT policy restricts installation of third-party applications. In this case, you will need to contact your corporate BlackBerry IT administrator to modify the IT policy. If it still have problem, please contact us.
5. What happen after purchase?  

You will receive an email with Activation Code from customerservice@simtak.com in 12 hours.

6. Can the Call Filter hang-up on the blocked callers instead of sending them to voicemail?
From Version 2.0.05, Call Filter will give user block choice, either send them to Voicemail or pickup-hangup the phone.
7. Does Simtak Call Filter have the ability to block private/unknown calls?
Yes, it can. When you are creating new profile and adding numbers, from Menu you will be able to see "Add Private(Unknow) number". Put this into your profile and set it as Block type and Always.
8. Is it free to upgrade? and how?
Yes. All the upgrades will be free. To upgrade, we would suggest you to download and install new version directly, let it override old version automatically. Usually it will have no problem and all your profiles will be there. But if it fail, please delete the application and then install new version. In that case, all your profiles will not be there. If you have any problem with the upgrade, please email us.
9. Is it possible to only allow numbers from address book to call you?
  Yes. You can create a new profile from home screen, inside this profile, add "whole address book", set block type as "Only Allow", save.
10. How to only allow numbers from Address book except several of them to call me?
  For example, you want to allow all the numbers from Address book except John(who date with your ex lately). Create a new profile, add "Whole address book", set block type as "Only Allow", save. Create another profile, add "John", set block type as "Block", save. Done. Of course, you can also add some other numbers into the second profile, e.g. "Private or Unknow number".
11.Can I create a profile which time period is from 9:00pm to 7:00am?
  Yes. Inside the profile, set "Time period" as "Daily" or "Weekdays only". Set "From" as "9:00 PM", "To" as "7:00 AM".
12. Could block history clear itself automatically?
Yes. When blocked numbers accumulate to 40, Call Filter will delete all of them and start again.
